Who We’re Looking For

We are currently recruiting experienced valuation professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Credentials: CVA, ABV, ASA, or equivalent recognized valuation credential 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years post‑certification valuation experience 
  • Technical Background: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: 
    • Estate & gift tax valuations 
    • Litigation support, divorce, and shareholder disputes 
    • SBA‑related business valuations 
    • Purchase price allocations (ASC 805) 
    • Fairness opinions and other financial opinions 
  • Engagement Management: Ability to manage engagements from intake through delivery 
  • Team Leadership: Experience working with staff and reviewing work product 
  • Technology‑Forward: Comfortable leveraging valuation software, data tools, and internal technology platforms 

What You’ll Do

As a senior‑level valuation professional at BGH, you will: 

  • Lead and execute valuation engagements across multiple service lines 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, CPAs, lenders, and advisors 
  • Apply AICPA, NACVA, USPAP, IRS Rev. Rul. 59‑60, and SBA standards with consistency and judgment 
  • Review and refine financial analyses, normalization adjustments, and valuation conclusions 
  • Mentor and develop analysts while maintaining high quality control standards 
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our valuation processes and technology
