Who We’re Looking For
We are currently recruiting experienced valuation professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Credentials: CVA, ABV, ASA, or equivalent recognized valuation credential
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years post‑certification valuation experience
- Technical Background: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Estate & gift tax valuations
- Litigation support, divorce, and shareholder disputes
- SBA‑related business valuations
- Purchase price allocations (ASC 805)
- Fairness opinions and other financial opinions
- Engagement Management: Ability to manage engagements from intake through delivery
- Team Leadership: Experience working with staff and reviewing work product
- Technology‑Forward: Comfortable leveraging valuation software, data tools, and internal technology platforms
What You’ll Do
As a senior‑level valuation professional at BGH, you will:
- Lead and execute valuation engagements across multiple service lines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, CPAs, lenders, and advisors
- Apply AICPA, NACVA, USPAP, IRS Rev. Rul. 59‑60, and SBA standards with consistency and judgment
- Review and refine financial analyses, normalization adjustments, and valuation conclusions
- Mentor and develop analysts while maintaining high quality control standards
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our valuation processes and technology
